Disgorging 09/2017
Benoit Layahe’s Blanc de Noirs cuvée is made exclusively from Pinot Noir from the Bouzy Grand Cru. Aged in vats and half in barrels, it is a very fruity champagne, with a very nice aromatic complexity. A full champagne, whose amenity allows us to consider it just as well as an aperitif or with a meal.
