Made from a blend of Grenache 76%, Carignan 10%, Counoise 7%, and Syrah 7%, coming from very old vines in goblets, the Les Levants cuvée is the estate’s wine of distinction. Its velvety texture makes it a wine that ages magnificently over ten years, which likes winter pairings with dishes simmered by the fire, such as a beef carrot, or a leg of lamb at seven o’clock.
