Les Rosiers is a very beautiful expression of the Jasnières, with a minerality very specific to the appellation giving the wine a substance, one could even say a splendid chewiness. It is a straightforward and solid wine, a table wine, which can be paired with fish as well as with white meats and poultry.

Les Rosiers is a blend of Chenin vines less than fifty years old in the Jasnières appellation (4 plots in two communes). The soil is composed of flint clay on freestone. The vines are biodynamically managed, with low yields and natural vinification in barrels.
