We have been eagerly awaiting the release of the new Traditional Rough Reserve Method. The ’95 vintage dazzled us, and it’s the 2002 that comes out of the estate’s cellars today. Great complexity and great tension are the order of the day. A wine with less power than the 95, but with the masterful balance of 2002. To be drunk at the table imperatively, and why not with round-trip scallops as recommended by Philippe Foreau.
