The Vigneto Castelle is the most feminine of the three hearts of the Antoniolo estate. With a light and bright colour, it presents itself elegantly, with notes of dried flowers and redcurrants. The palate is very delicate, full and delicate. This wine is a fine lace in length, for lovers of airy wines! <\/p>\n

The cru is located on a moraine bedrock, with a surface area of 1.5 hectares facing south. After two weeks of maceration on the skin, the wine is put into barrels. It is the only one of the crus that knows new wood with a proportion of 50% of the barrels. The maturation lasts 30 months, then 12 months in bottles (about 4000 per year) before marketing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
