Il s’agit ici d’un Auslese Goldkapsel donc d’un moelleux issu d’une superbe trie. Des trois Uhlen, le Roth Lay est sans doute le plus baroque et large. On retrouve le Ulhlen par la construction droite du vin, le terroir du Roth Lay apportant la pl\u00e9nitude fourmillante. Le Roth Lay est issu de vieilles vignes de riesling (50 ans). Terroir de 2.2 hectares expos\u00e9 plein sud. Au domaine Heymann-Loewenstein les fermentations se font sur levures indig\u00e8nes et l’\u00e9levage a lieu en cuves inox puis en foudres.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
