The wine is very harmonious, mixing dense tannins, carnal volume, ethereal acidity, on a spectacular length in the mouth. A wine to discover absolutely!<br \/>\nThe Osso San Grato extends over 4.5 hectares, with a soil with an acidic tendency, of moraine origin, the exposure is south. After the harvest, a maceration takes place on the skin that lasts two weeks, with automatic lifting of the musts. The wines are then put into barrels (little or no new wood) and aged for 30 months.
