Le Reihburg est une sorte de quintessence de terroir, quintessence de blaufrankisch, quintessence du Burgenland. Car en plus des caract\u00e8res du grand vin, voir du tr\u00e8s grand vin (construction, raffinement, longueur, potentiel, complexit\u00e9…), le Reihburg a une dimension magique, comme une forme d’in\u00e9dit, d’inconnu, de libert\u00e9, une facult\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9mouvoir, \u00e0 transporter, \u00e0 susciter.<\/p>\n

Comme s’il d\u00e9voilait ce qu’Uwe Schiefer cherche, comme s’il prenait la parole pour nous dire ce qu’il y a, au del\u00e0, ce qu’il y a d’insaisissable et dont le vin n’est qu’un reflet fugace.<\/p>\n
