The 2010 Bourgueil Galichets from Domaine de la Chevalerie is made from mid-slope Cabernet Franc vines on clay and alluvial soil. Very nice crisp fruit, fine tannins with freshness, a wine of great pleasure. The Domaine de la Chevalerie is certified organic farming.
