These are very old vines over 85 years old. A strong
Proportion of old selection of golden Aligoté gives a full-bodied wine
and powerful with a mineral finish.
It can be drunk young, of course, with its notes of citrus and
exotic fruits (pineapple) but it can also age a few
years to evolve towards more complex aromas blending
Yellow fruits (peach, apricot) with a floral character. Ageing
12 months in vats preserves the freshness of the fruit
