100% Pinot Noir for this Brut Zéro. Fermentation in cement vats, half aged in cement vats and half in barrels until May, then matured for 5 years on slats. An exceptional Pinot Noir with great expression. The bubbles are chiseled, the aromatics deep and complex. A bubble of a very high level.
