This EXPERIMENTALE cuvée resulting from prolonged ageing on lees in the bottle is marked by a majority presence of Meunier, the main grape variety of the Marne Valley and also the grape variety of the estate’s vineyard. Three strains of yeast naturally present on our grapes have been selected and used for the “prise de mousse”, adding uniqueness to the expression of our terroir. A third of wines are aged in a Perpetual Reserve started in 1998. Malolactic fermentation is carried out entirely.
Maturation of more than 36 months in the bottle.
