4 bottiglie 17.5/20- Guida Espresso – I Vini d’Italia 2013
2 bicchieri Gambero Rosso
4 grappoli Guida Duemilavini 2013
92/100
Antonio Galloni for eRobert Parker

The Osso San Grato extends over 4.5 hectares, with a soil with an acidic tendency, of moraine origin, the exposure is south. After the harvest, a maceration takes place on the skin that lasts two weeks, with automatic lifting of the musts. The wines are then put into barrels (little or no new wood) and aged for 30 months. They then wait a few more weeks in bottles (5000 per year) before passing through the doors of the estate.
