Olivier Lejeune decided to give the name Poïèsis (poetry in Greek) to his Chenin cuvée, because for him it evokes this search for an “ideal” wine (which provokes emotions and that we drink with pleasure…) through the uncompromising work of a raw material. So rigorous work in the vineyard, without chemicals, demanding cellar work, to design wines with character.
