The Granit cuvée is made from about thirty old varieties of pears, coming from hundred-year-old trees. Small harvests, precise and intense fragrances, and minerality! A complex, long, refreshing “wine” that goes wonderfully with a fruit salad, a small biscuit and ice cream.
Eric Bordelet was kind enough to provide us with a few bottles of the 2002 vintage, a perfectly ripe perry, full of nuance, which shows us how much these beautiful bottles benefit from aging for a few years in the cellar!
