ALIGOTE VIEILLES VIGNES 2019

These are very old vines over 85 years old. A high proportion of old selection of golden aligoté gives a full-bodied, powerful wine with a mineral finish. It can be drunk young, of course, with its notes of citrus fruits and exotic fruits (pineapple) but it can also age for a few years to evolve into more complex aromas mixing yellow fruits (peach, apricot) with a floral character.
