The Athina estate produces Assyrtikos of great purity, a remarkable work of the vines, coming largely from the magnificent terroir of Pyrgos. Small yields, fermentation and ageing only in stainless steel vats in order to preserve the freshness and aromatic definition of the wine.
The wines are of great finesse with a perfect balance between the ripeness of the fruit, the natural power of the assyrtiko and the mineral dimension brought by the volcanic terroirs of Santorini. A very, very promising field!
