The 2010 Bourgueil Bretêche from Domaine de la Chevalerie comes from Cabernet Franc vines from mid-slopes on clay and chalk soil. The fullness of the 2010 vintage marks the fruit, very fleshy and full. The palate is long, juicy with intensity and spring. The Domaine de la Chevalerie is certified organic farming.
