Micro-cuvée from the pure Cabernet Franc estate, on the clay-limestone plateau of the Quercy hillsides. The vines, 30 years old, produce dense, tight wines, especially as yields do not exceed 20hl/h. The maturation in vats preserves the aromatic freshness, the floral, and the vigour of the fruit. Very nice “southern” expressions of this grape variety.
