Here is one of the jewels of the estate. Pierre Damoy is the largest owner of this cru with more than 3 hectares, and very old Pinot Fine vines. Favouring the blending of his four plots (the Grande Chapelle, Panama, Travers and the four worked), he produces the archetype of the Chapelle-Chambertin: He has the depth, the earthy expressive force of the great vintages of Gevrey, but also this airy, subtle dimension, full of floral fragrances. The delicacy of its palate makes it a legendary wine.
