Urgent question, how to keep the estate and the employees alive, if there is no more wine for sale... Very quickly, as for many of their winegrower friends, the idea came to make a wine anyway, in their own way, with their style, their taste, even if the grapes did not come from their vines in Vouvray and Montlouis, almost totally destroyed by the frost. So they will vinify a Chenin... but from the south, from vines from a very good estate in the Aude, which also works its plots biodynamically.
