The 2012 Bourgueil Chevalerie from Domaine de la Chevalerie is one of the best wines of the vintage in the region. Made from Cabernet Franc vines on mid-slope clay and alluvial soil, this cuvée shines with its silky texture, rich tannins but great finesse mingle with fleshy fruit. The wine finishes with a fresh, mineral finish. The Domaine de la Chevalerie is certified organic farming.
