Tasting notes: Ruby. Nose of cocoa, orange zest, elderberry, cold ash. Tender on the attack, the substance is delicious, fruity, with loose tannins. Marked by Pinot Noir, this Dôle is a little different from previous vintages: less strict, more relaxed, more fruity.
