The idea of complantation remains the order of the day on this emblematic cuvée which highlights the Petite Arvine accompanied by Marsanne, Pinot Blanc, Païen and Sylvaner. Elegantly, the olfactory notes oscillate between orange zest and small white flowers that sometimes invade the hedges; A slight hint of iodine is present on the finish. On the palate, this wine offers density with its pastry and brioche bread notes that do not distract from the saline finish of the Arvine. This wine is the very expression of the verticality of the granite terroir of Les Claives.
