Vinified with a large proportion of whole bunches, Kompapalem reveals aromas of red fruits as well as spicy and mineral notes. The tannins are smooth but very present, the wine is greedy and drinkable.

Vinification: Destemming from 0% to 50%, maceration for 12 to 18 days in concrete vats
