The Bruandières hillside has long been renowned for its ability to produce great sweet wines. In the 19th century there are writings that place it on the same level as the Quarts de Chaume. Here, the wine, although already very concentrated (144gr of residual), favours the finesse of the textures, as well as the aromatic expression. It’s an ode to botrytis. The palate is refined, long, lively, it is a wine that can be placed with great pleasure on a sweet and savory cuisine.
