Here is a Séguret of an incredible level. Made from superb harvests from old Grenache grapes exposed to the setting sun, this wine is rich, generous and aromatic. The palate, full and fleshy offers a sovereign pleasure. To fully enjoy this bottle of Couchants 2000 from the Jean David estate, it is imperative to decant this wine for at least an hour, because to preserve its fruit and not sulphite too much, Jean prefers to protect the wine by maintaining a little CO2. Decanting will take away its slightly beady side.
