This cuvée, the result of prolonged ageing on lees in the bottle, is marked by a majority presence of Meunier, the main grape variety of the Marne Valley and also the grape variety of our own vineyard.
A large proportion of wines from a Perpetual Reserve, started in 1998. Malolactic fermentation is carried out entirely.
Maturation for 42 to 54 months in the bottle.
