Here is a very nice sweet wine from the Clos Naudin estate. Philippe Foreau offers us a wine marked by superb acidity, and a residual of around 60gr. This balance automatically makes this wine suitable for the pleasure of an aperitif or with savoury cuisine, playing with sweet and savory pairings such as chicken with pineapple or duck with vine peaches.
