RIESLING HOFBERG SPATLESE 2017

What can we say about this Spätlese? Surely he confirms the talent of Andreas Adam. Of great richness (95g of residual sugars), it is nevertheless of a sovereign balance. A superb acidity (10gr) carries the wine, gives it vitality in the mouth, a pleasant crunch to the fruit. This wine is incredibly digestible and tonic, with a lot of length, and an aromatic complexity in retrolfaction that keeps moving throughout the tasting. A real pleasure and very moving in the mouth with a beautiful complexity!
