Argelette is a cider for ageing, made from different old varieties of apples, from hundred-year-old trees. Small yields and meticulous care given to the plant allow the obtaining of a juice of great finesse. A lot of precision in the design of the fruit, a clean, pure palate, with a beautiful minerality. This cider is best drunk after 4 to 5 years of age. We tasted one from about ten years old (vintage 96) absolutely delicious on an andouillette pancake.
