New cuvée 100% Counoise, an almost forgotten grape variety from the southern Rhône. Like Cinsault, it is a grape variety that gives wines with little colour, with a light tannin grain, in the background of the fruit, it is a grape variety with aromas of infused fruit, a little unique sweetness.
