This is the name of a plot of 1.80 hectares planted in the 40s and in which the three grape varieties are mixed: Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng and a little Courbu. After a slow pressing, the slightly settled juices ferment in 600 l barrels and barrels. The wine is aged for 1 year on the lees in regularly stirred barrels and 6 months in vats before being bottled the following spring. For the past few years, when the alcohol content is not too high, we have been vinifying Petits Mansengs dry and incorporating them into this vat.
