Dhroner et Piesporter correspondent aux villages bourguignons. Il s’agit de vins marqués par la typicité du cru mais sans l’allonge et la précision des grands terroirs comme le Hofberg ou le Goldtröpchen. Ce sont de très beaux vins vinifiés dans l’esprit d’un Kabinett, peu d’alcool (aux alentours de 8°) et quelque sucres résiduels. Ce sont des vins tendres, joyeux, idéaux pour se mettre en appétit.
