Il s’agit de vieilles vignes de Sylvaner plantées sur le Grand Cru Zinnkoepflé. Comme le Sylvaner n’a pas droit à l’appellation Grand Cru, Agathe Bursin a décidé de nommer cette cuvée “Eminence”. Et en effet il s’agit d’un Sylavner hors du commun.
